Fully automatic as standard, our ThermaRoll door combines ease of operation and space saving practicality with the benefits of insulation.

Construction

Made from twin wall, powder coated aluminium lathe with CFC-free insulating polyurethane our door is designed to help keep the weather and noise outside where it belongs.

The powder coated guides are brush lined to keep the elements out and to ensure no metal contact when the door operates.

The reinforced bottom section incorporates a heavy seal which helps the door seal on the floor to keep draughts and debris outside.

Security

The security auto locking systems uses the positive force of the operator to hold the door in the closed position. The auto locks come complete with brush coating to ensure minimal marking on the interior face of the door.

Easy Operation

The state of the art remote control unit allows you with the simple press of a button to open your garage door without leaving the comfort and security of your car. Press the button when you are in the garage and the door comes down, keeping the world and its weather outside. Powered by the market leading Somfy operator you are ensured trouble free operation for years to come. The added benefit of photo beam detectors helps ensure your door does not close on any obstruction.

Headroom Requirements

The ThermaRoll requires just 300mm for door heights up to 2700mm and just 350mm for door heights up to 2850mm. Where headroom is severely restricted the ThermaRoll Mini requires only 250mm for doors up to 2350mm.

Thermaroll Mini

Ideal for garages with limited headroom, the thermaroll mini allows you to fit in an insulated roller door into just 250mm if headroom, or externally if necessary.

Based on the same principal as the thermaroll, and using the same rolling code technology and Somfy tubular motor the door curtain is made up of smaller lathe sections (55mm x 12mm) thus allowing the door to roll into a tighter space. Even in a garage where there is no headroom at all, the versatility of the system enables the door to be fitted to the outside of the garage using the full box cover option.

Colour Finishes

Choose from 13 standard colours options as well as seven textured woodgrain finishes. Guides and endplates come white or brown as standard. There is also the option to colour match these to the door if desired.
